Term Payments:

          Payments of the balance of the Construction and Additional Price will be made in 5 (FIVE) Installments:*

1. 25% of the Price at the signing date of the Construction Agreement.
2. 25% of the Price following footing, and ground floor slab. (Land transferring will be made in this process)
3. 20% of the Price, following superstructure work, tiled waterproof roof.
4. 20% of the Price, following installed doors and frames, internal/external wall plastered.
5. 10% of the Price, upon completion of the Villa. (Villa tranferring after the last payment completed)

Remarks:

          Payments of Fully Constructed Villa will be made in 2 (Two) Installments.

1. 50% of Villa Price at the signing date of the Sale&Purchase Agreement.
2. 50%, 2 (Two) weeks before the transferring date.
